PROJECT Management


This is a small local business that does all of its billing by hand. They wanted to keep it that way while making it more functional.

TRELLO BOARD

They used to have a lot of papers and information all over the place. I helped them by simplifying and optimizing everything; this board is shared with the entire team.

They would spend hours back and forth on WhatsApp and phone calls. Everyone now has access to the same information simultaneously, and when they complete a task, they simply check it off. Once a week, I clean up and organize the board and files on Google Drive.

It was just a simple word document, and they had to insert the client’s information and calculate everything manually.

A F T E R

I created a new template on Google sheets and added a couple of formulas, so they only need to insert the client’s information.
